ISO 45001:2027 – What’s Coming

ISO 45001 is currently under revision, with the next edition expected to be published as ISO 45001:2027.

The revision is expected to maintain the existing structure while strengthening clarity on worker participation, leadership accountability, organisational context, and integration of OH&S into core business processes.

Greater emphasis is also anticipated on psychosocial risks, contractor control, and alignment with evolving workplace practices.
